1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only for defective or incorrect items under the following conditions:

• You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
• E-liquids, opened devices, coils, tanks, or any used product cannot be returned due to health and safety concerns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and regulatory reasons, we do not accept returns on the following:

• Opened or used vape devices
• E-liquids or disposable vapes
• Coils, pods, or tanks that have been opened
• Clearance or final sale items

3. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately with the following:

• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Clear photos or video showing the defect

We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the issue.
